Coach and athlete visibility

Linked coaches can view training data for athletes who are actively linked to them. Athletes can view their own account and training data.

Health, safety and training data

Readiness, pain, fatigue, nutrition and training guidance are used to support coaching conversations. They are not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for professional medical advice.

Your choices

Logged-in users can request a data export or account deletion from the Data & privacy page. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, billing, legal or audit purposes.
